Embarrassed

Hi. This might sound strange but here goes. Saw the hygienist a few weeks back who really praised my for how im cleaning my teeth, no signs of disease, gums are nice and pink etc but lot of receding gums she thinks are down to my bite ( i have bucked teeth ) 62 years old. Im due yo see the dentist on Monday and im so embarrassed about my teeth all i can think about is how ugly they look and dare i ask if they can fill them, i wake up every morning and just feel depression come over me. I feel like i dont want to go see the dentist because of how i feel if that makes sense as i know shes young and probably got perfect teeth..

It does not help as the last dentist i saw really embarrassed me. This one sent me first to sed the hygienist and her report was great. But im so worried the new dentist will think. Maybe its my age. See how i go on Monday, just having a wobble.
