extraction with abcess??

I have a small abcess on the tooth i'm supposed to get out tomorrow, its not causing me pain although it did a couple of nights ago, will they still take it out? or give me antibiotics first? i can't stand the thought of waiting any longer i just want it out tomorrow

ach well they took it out and told me to phone if it swells up and they'll give me antibiotics

Any remaining abscess material will drain away now, as the tooth was the cause of the infection. Should heal uneventfully now. Follow the post-op instructions that you have been given.
