Filling fell out

I had a small filling fall out literally just before we went into lockdown in my furthest back molar

I haven’t had any pain and have been trying with the temporary fillings

my June appointment got cancelled and my dentist won’t see me till at least September ?

when I look under light the tooth is starting to look a bit grey! I’m so panicked I can’t do nothing but look on the internet at what might happen to me

I’m so so scared that this tooth is gunna have to be pulled out.

I have good oral hygiene I one floss and brush twice a day!

What am I to do ? I feel so helpless

Same thing happened to me
If your diet is good and your oral hygiene is good, then you've nothing to worry about. Grey colour will be the nerve laying down some secondary dentine to help seal itself off from the outside world.
