Fillings pain

Last year I went dentist as I needed a top tooth near front sorting as it broke off, it really spurred me to go, I get so nervous I don’t go unless in extreme pain. While there the dentist filled these two bottom teeth, i am now getting some pain when eating from the last tooth, does it look like the filling is no good? I’m hoping the pain will go away and I can then not need to go to the dentist, don’t want the pain to get worse though!

@Gordon thank you, do you think it would just be re filled or need something else? I’m aware there is not much actual tooth left!
