Finally going tomorrow but want a final nudge , photos don’t tell the full story that X rays do but how do I look?

I have several cavities a few years old at this point but have no pain. I know that doesn’t mean I’m okay but how do I look otherwise? I think my molars have Tartar stains.

Looks like you grind/clench, there's a bit of wear and tear. Otherwise nothing terrible.
