Found small thin piece of white filling after getting multiple cavity fillings today

Was just sitting on the computer when I felt a small definitely not food thing in my mouth. Spat it out and it was a thin narrow strand of white. Here's a picture. I got them done I think in-between some molars. I'm kind of thinking it's leftover from when they were trimming/polishing the filling earlier today. Should I be concerned my filling came out already? Thanks.

Yes most likely. No I don't think so
