Hi guys. I posted a few months ago about a loose tooth (ended up just needing enamel or something redone tooth wasn't loose) and not seeing the dentist in so long. Today I started my journey to fixing up my teeth. I got as the title says FMD. I contemplated backing out for the last 2 days but knew I would only hurt myself, and to make matters worse my 11:00 appointment turned into 11:45 had to wait 45 dang minutes nearly was going to ask to just reschedule me, but I didn't.
I am happy with myself I never thought I'd be going back to the dentist just out of fear. Me thinking my one tooth was loose was a blessing in disguise it's getting me back on track. I'll still probably always be nervous before an appointment especially during the road to no cavities (got a bunch).
If anyone reads this who is afraid of the dentist please don't be dumb like me and put it off for years like I did. It only makes it worse and a longer journey to healthy teeth and if you're in the U.S can cost a good bit of money luckily I have good insurance.
