Going for a normal check up, super scared

Hello everyone.
I brush my teeth day and night with an electric toothbrush.
my teeth are all aligned in the right place and I've never had to have anything done to them except for preventative fissure sealants.
I've never needed fillings and I have always gone to the dentist.

He's very nice but I have a wild anxiety issue and I don't think I can go today at 4pm.

I'm sorry no one saw your post earlier. Did you manage to go?

It's normal to have your anxiety get much worse on appointment day. But you have to remind yourself that it's never as bad as you think it will be in your head.
