going to dentist next week - possibly going to loose a lot of teeth

left my teeth go to crap over the last 3 years, cavities formed looked like their destroyed now. Not looking forward to the dentist telling me how many are going to be removed, i dont have a fear of dentist more the fear of loosing the teeth, below is an example of a cavity. Will i loose both the teeth where the cavity has formed? same on the other side of my mouth

Im no dentist but i have the same anxitity u do but based on ur picture your teeth look fine. Im assuming that one spot your talking about is the cavity? If so then its well within reason of it being repaired.

Don't see any reason why you'll LOSE either of these teeth. A couple of fillings probably.
