going to the dentist again

i'm going to the dentist soon. very nervous because i forgot to brush for months again, i think my cavities got worse. i don't want my dentist to lecture me about things i already know, the idea is making me so nervous i'm on the verge of tears. i'm pretty sure it also costs my parents every time i go to the dentist. they keep on talking about budgeting but now they have to pay because i'm too stupid to remember to brush. it makes me feel awful. i'm scared i'll break into tears at the dentist's :'-)
