Got a tooth pulled today, swollen under jaw and a lot of pain

Well, I sat out a tooth thats been in excruciating pain the last week, and I finally got it pulled today. The tooth had an infection, which no pain meds were killing. Well it's been about 2 hours now, and it is still bleeding, and I have significant swelling under my jaw. Worried that the infection has spread even though I was put on antibiotics and I'm too scared to back to see her.
