Hi guys,

I am 25 and realized that my gum has been receding since I was 14. The top right (left in the photo) front teeth started when I was 14 and the bottom right (left in the photo), I only noticed it when I was 19. Is this normal and what should I do?

I agree with this statement, but first you need to find out what is the reason for the recession because if you have a tissue graft and the main reason of the recession continues, also the graft will not last long.
You are pointing out the lower canines, and according to my experience, the reason is usually aggressive brushing. The canines are a bit more prominent towards the outside, so even if you don't apply much force brushing, the canine receive more force than the adjacent teeth.
