Had a crown fitted yesterday

Had a tooth that a filling fell out with a bit of tooth. Went to the dentist who suggested having a crown put on it. Had sedation to have tooth prepared as I am terrified of dentist, all went well. Went to dentist yesterday had crown fitted and today have horrible toothache. Please do you think it will get better, will it settle down. I’ve never had a crown before. I’m panicking at bit at the moment.

Sorry to hear of your pain. glad that the preparation went well . Did you get the first part and just a temp? or one of the same day crowns? or is this a permanant crown? either way, sometimes they need a little adjusting which can make a world of difference. and they don't mind doing this
