Have I got a gum infection?

I couldn't sleep last night for pain. All the teeth on my bottom left side hurt. My wisdom tooth is coming through and I thought it could be that but now I've got a sore between 2 of my teeth at the front and a bit of blood between the teeth on the left side. The sore appeared after a night out so I'm not sure if I've accidently bashed it with my toothbrush when I got home and this is a separate incident?! I'm taking ibuprofen and putting on bonjela. Will this go away or do I need a dentist? Appreciate all help xx
