Horrible anxiety about dental impression getting stuck with implant supported Partial in place Pls Help

Hi, thanks for reading.. Ive had alot of Dental work done over the years its always nerve wracking but I have 3 biggest fears that keep me up nights and not eating and worrying constantly.. one is getting the needle and being numb I dont like the feeling of numbness..90% of my dental work I did with the pain and no needle..except for extractions.. fortunately I was able to last year get through some extractions and implants with him putting me asleep first and then knumbing me and doing the work then using the reveral agent before awakening.. wow it was great I woke up not numb at all , alot of pain but ok.. not numb. and got through that .. the other is dental dams and impressions.. before I got the procedure done last year which was two wisdom teeth extractions and two implants and a partial made.. I had to do impressions.. now years before I had impressions done and it scared me to death... I told that dentist I will never go through that again.. my heart was racing and to make an extra impression for me to keep in case we needed one for the future if his got lost or destroyed... well fast forward I have to get new impressions made.. I said what happened to the old impression he said it got destroyed.. and he never ordered me my spare.. so I had to go through it again last year..

I got through it it was a blueish goo and he stayed in there with me kept his hand in my mouth and talkked to me and took it out as fast as he could 3 mins././. it came out ok.. lower impression.. I told him to make 10 of these damn things and ill pay for them.. I told him I dont want to go through this again ever.. so I got the procdure done woke up all done was so releved and now I have a lower partial implant supported and a nnew upper denture.. all good.. all I have is my lower front teeth... well... I had a problem one of my teeth canine on side broke off.. they said it has to come out. so now I got to deal with the needle again.. but I think I can deal with that as its not a molar just a side one and should ladder out easily... i hope.. but she now tells me I need get new impressions to add a tooth to the appliance.. I dont understand why if they have the mold from last year why if no adjustments were made to the appliance since then... and all he is doing is add a new tooth they should be able to use the old mold... but she said well we did repair a couple teeth on the other side.. but still they didnt adjust the appliance.. it should pop right on the old mold.. and Im pissed I didnt get spares.. why do I need to get a new impression.. on the lower.. the upper they will use my denture to make.. so no worries there.. Im horrifed more now.... as molds can get stuck to metal objects... you never put a mold over braces... or if you have larger gaps in teeth or a Marylin bridge and the goo can go underneath and bond and its going to get stuck.. so the partial is a acrylic partial with a metal band that goes around the inside of my lower teeth and has a bunch of metal hold support points where it rest on other teeth and is snapped in pretty damn good on the implants.. They want to take the impression with this installed ...


Well Im scared enough to get one done with just my teeth its very nerve racking and now Im super scared to get it done she says oh it will pull the parital out with the mold... will it ? easily.. its in a implant support two of them not minis.. real implants.. Im usisng the blue i dont know which pound they are locators.. Im worried the mold will get stuck horrified over it.. with all that metal and how will they pull the appliance out with it when it is stuck down supported.. I cant sleep well and Ive had a case of the diahreah worrying about this.. please help I have to go next week get both these procedures done.. and again I dont understand why i have to if the appliance wasnt altered .. unless the idiots dont have the molds made last year when I asked for 10 this time.. so I have lots of spares.. I dont think he took me seriously.. but i was serious,.. Im horrified to do this and also I have not only a nervous condition.. which I take meds for.. but I have heart problems and had two heart attacks last year and a sprial dissecton and had to get 9 stents.. so I dont want to get worked up in that chair and have a damn heart attack over this silly mold.. and I hope your answer insnt just go to sleep and get it done that doesnt help.. I need to know is what they are telllng me easy peasy not to worry it will come out ok the truth.. cause Im sick over this thank you so much

The impression won't get stuck, they're not lying to you, it's easy peasy.

The old impression will give you a poorer result than taking a fresh one, your mouth will have changed shape slightly since last time.
