I had two tooth extractions, next to each other, done three hours ago. No sutures. It is still bleeding pretty strong. Is this about right?

Hi,

It might be a good idea to go to see the dentist. 3 days after an extraction there might be some light oozing bleeding, certainly not strong bleeding.

Dr Daniel it was three hours ago not three days.

I would ring the dentist and ask them it is hard to tell how much is normal without seeing. I am not a dentist but if it does start bleeding a fair bit then after contacting your dentist make a lint roll and place it at the extraction sites and bite down. Damp it a bit to stop it sticking.
