how long before its safe to eat brush and floss?

Hey guys. Just got 2 fillings done today at a little past 1230. How long before it will be safe to chew and brush these things. There upper right molars, ones a wisdom tooth. now, the lower back molar on that side is long gone, so i doubt the wisdom or the back of the tooth will be getting much pressure when chewing,but i wana know, how long before i can safely brush and floss with these things? I mean, i dont wana rush back there because it broke or somthing.

White fillings: eat, brush or floss immediately.

Amalgam fillings give them a couple of hours to set before attacking them.

i gave them about 4 good hours! is that good enough?

Thing with me, i always assume the worse first, then prey for the best. so when it comes to fillings....lol
