How long before rotten teeth fall out

I have one broken and rotten back molar and two others with large cavities. I just endure the toothache but am curious to know how long it will take for the rotten one to fall out. Its a bit loose.

They usually won't fall out all the way. Just the top of the tooth will break off and come out. The roots of the tooth will still remain in jaw and can cause some serious infections. I'd get to a dentist or oral surgeon to have them remove the whole thing.
