I have a fear of the dentist and problems with anxiety, for the last 5-6 days I have felt a little pain in my tooth. The pain is tolerable but quite noticeable. Its ture in last month i didn't really wash teeth i was in other house on sea then gone to another country totaly forgot about them :).

The dentist is the last option.
I'm interested in how you can get rid of the pain without a dentist and did it worked for you. I tried search internet a lot but everything is about dentist. I tried mountwash and wather and solt and it did worked but for really short time.

About dentist: I live in bad country in EU where dentist's don't have any tolerance to fear. I have trauma snice childhood and i was at dentist 1-2 years ago and got ALL of them fixed.

I think the reason maybe just caries (decay) or maybe even abscess even tho i can't really see it.
