I’m panicking

I don’t know why I’m freaking out the like this I have a cleaning today and I’m at work right now having a panic attack I’m trying to calm down but it’s not working

Everything went well. I had my girlfriend come with me to the appointment so that helped a lot. I don’t know why, but I was much more nervous and scared going into it for some reason but everything went well. The only thing she had a minor concern with was my gums being More red than they should be but other than that everything else went good it’s supposed to go back on the 21st to talk to my dentist about the next steps although I don’t know when I’ll be able to do that as money is tight right now, but we shall see
