I have very little enamel. What can I do?

I'm looking to get my teeth back in order.

After years of neglecting to brush my teeth and refusing to go to the dentist, I understandably have deteriorated my enamel to the point where there is none left (I think). I'm pretty sure I can't do anything to restore enamel, but are there any other options (veneers, etc.) that can give me a somewhat protective coating to prevent more cavities/discoloration?

You'd have to be going some to wipe out all your enamel!

Honestly the only sensible thing to do is to ask a dentist to have a look for you and give you a proper diagnosis, anything else is sheer guesswork on my part.
