When I was around 9 I had a woman dentis scream at me, I'm not sure what it was for but most likely I hated the x-ray. On my next visit I had to get my first filling.
We switched dentist and this time the dentst was very nice, but on the next visit with him he was saying mean comments about me lagging behind with brushing my teeth.
Now I have noticed 2 small black/brown holes on my back teeth pits and I'm pretty sure those are cavities, but I'm scares to tell my parents bc I have a fear when they book an apointment to the dentist the dentist is going to throw mean comments about me not brushing my teeth and the repearing process hurting.
And to top it off I have a HUGE fear of needels, I have passed out before getting an injecton and I'm scared that the dentist needs to use an needle on me.

Would it be a possiblity to find a dentist that specializes in nervous patients and then get your parents to book you with them? I think if you found someone that specializes in nervous patients they would be likely to be more kind and gentle.

They have "gentle dentists" who are trained to work with people like you (and many others including myself) who are anxious, phobic and embarrassed about their teeth being seen and worked on. You ended up with not nice dentists but I am realizing that over the years the younger dentists seem to be a lot better with the fear and anxiety of patients. I think they realized that a lot of people are not going to the dentist because of the issues stated and consciously made it easier for us to go. My son's dentist uses nitrous for anxiety and that helps so maybe you can tell your parents why you are nervous and go get your teeth done. I just had to have all of mine pulled and get dentures because I was too scared to go, please talk to your parents and take care of them before it gets worse or you get sick from it. You can do this!
