Does anyone have a link to an IAPT phone number please?. I need therapy for the anxiety over my gums and my phobia of going to the dentists and my anxiety over other things.

May I ask what IAPT is? Tried to google it but the stuff that comes (such as International Association for Plant Taxonomy ) can't be what you mean.

It stands for Improving Access To Psychological Therapies.

Aaah, thank you for clarifying. It seems to me that they can be contacted over a form here and are supposed to call you after you filled it and they also seem ho have a hotline for urgent stuff (here) but I guess you‘ve came across that link yourself?

Once you have selected your GP practice, it should tell you the contact details including phone number of your local IAPT service.
