Implant dentures - Fixed v Removable

What are the pros and cons - fixed v removable?

Apart fro the obvious (ie cost), what about food getting in or under, maintenance, etc

it is more about what is the appropriate treatment for you.
Short explanation is that Fixed is best when there isn't a lot of bone loss and removable best when there is a lot of bone loss and you need facial support for the denture flanges.
