Implant stitch dangling

Had step 1 of my implant journey yesterday and I'm a bit anxious over a stitch dangling. Not sure of timeline for stitch to come out. Reached out to dentist but being a Friday its a no go. Should I be worried or is this common? Can it wait till Monday?

Probably hasn't been trimmed off properly. It won't do any harm leaving it other than it driving you nuts.
