I have an infection that has caused my cheek to swell around the infected area. I was prescribed metronidazole over the phone and told I couldn’t be treated during active infection and to come back once the antibiotics are finished. I’ve to take 3 a day for 5 days, I’m on day 2 so taken 6 out of 15 tablets but tonight I’m feverish and a bit light headed when moving around. Wondering if anyone would know is this just due to the antibiotics not taking affect yet or should I be starting to feel improvement by now? I know you’re not all professionals but I’m a very anxious person and there’s no dentists open until Monday as it’s now Saturday night
