Irritated gums?

Hi! I was hoping someone could help me out and settle my worries a little bit.
I had two wisdom teeth taken out six days ago. The top right one seems to have healed perfectly, no pain or anything. On the bottom left, I have what looks like two sets of stitches. The stitches near the actual site of the tooth extraction seem to be fine, but for some reason there's another stitch near my second molar that's irritating my gums. My gum is swollen and painful and looks like it's overtaking my tooth. The pain is irritating my entire jaw and face. Anyone have a solution?

Go back and see your dentist and let them have a look. The site should be starting to feel better not worse.
