Is it caries?

My dentist has overseen a few black places on my teeth and I think about visiting another doctor to check on it. Is everything black caries? My last cleaning was done 2 weeks ago, so anything else should have gone off. I noticed the places only because I've got myself a dental mirror which shows the areas on the back.

Dark stain in the grooves can look like decay, but it is just stain.
