I had a tooth extraction 21 days ago and I'm not sure if it's healing right it feels squishy, it doesn't hurt all the time but it does when I sneeze or eat

I would keep an eye on it. At 21 days it is still very much in the healing phase, but if it still looks like that in a couple of weeks, I wold get it checked. Occasionally, there is some debris in the socket that stops if fully healing, and it stays full of this reddish squishy gum called granulation tissue. If, that happens, the squishy tissue needs to be cleaned out. This a very quick procedure using local anaesthetic. when this is done the socket normally heals very quickly.
