I called yesterday and spoke to one of the techs, but she seemed to give me cookie cutter answers and didn't really answer my questions.
I had my apico Thursday last week. The pain was minimal a few days after the surgery, but has gradually increased. It isn't terrible, and can be controlled with tylenol and tramadol at night.
I have pain in my sinus on the side of the apico. It hurts to press beside my nose, and there is a lot of pressure in my sinus.
I also have pain behind the tooth, in the roof of my mouth, but only if pressure is applied lightly.
The endodontist said not to blow my nose for a week and not create negative pressure in the sinus.
I don't want to panic if it is normal. It feels like when I have a sinus infection, but with no congestion.
