Is tooth pain 1 month after root canal normal?

I got a root canal finished 1 month ago. I actually had to go in 3 times till it was completely finished.. The last appointment he finished the measurements , and found one more canal and took care of it. had 4 canals. Also he put it a post and core that day.

Now i dont feel any pain from the tooth. I only feel pain when i PUSH down on it or touch it with some pressure. I dont chew on that side because im waiting to get the crown put on in about 3 weeks. I asked the dentist about it and he told me that it takes a while for it to fully heal, esp since i had a bad infection in it.

So in reality, is it normal , or is it abnormal? Thanks.

Not unreasonable it sounds like he has worked hard to find the fourth canal(MB2 I presume) and so I would take it easy and see how it feels in a couple of months.
