Wisdom teeth were removed 3 days ago and on my right bottom side it feels like i have a small grape size lump underneath my skin, it has fever in it and its kind of tender to the touch. The other side doesn't have this lump, is this normal?

I’m not a doctor, but sounds like a swollen lymph node or gland situation. Some of the causes are when your body is fighting an infection or virus. Did you or do you have a cold? Do you notice more pain after eating?
