I had my last 3 remaining cavities filled today. Woo-hoo!! It's been a long road that started this past January with my first dental visit in 15 years. I think I've had something like 15 or 16 cavities filled in the past 10 months, but honestly, it's been so many I lost count! 
Even though I still have a few steps left to complete my dental journey, including one more implant surgery, I can say that my restoration work on my remaining teeth is finished!!
