loose front bottom tooth

can a front loose tooth be saved - gum is down to root now and tooth wobbling anyone know if tooth can be saved gums very sore using cordysil and painful too

Can't answer without checking you first. If you want to save it, you need to have a thorough cleaning and to clean well at home. If the tooth is still mobile and you don't want it to be pulled out, a dentist can put a periodontal splint that holds the front teeth together.
