It's a similar story to most, bad experience when I was around 15 and I never went back to the dentist. I'm 31 now and in the last year I've started having some terrible issues with my teeth.

I've had two molars crack, one of them has now cracked totally off just leaving a stub and the root, the other is in a similar situation but a little left which is sharp.

My main concern is that one of these teeth next to the broken tooth now feels loose. I also felt and heard what sounded like a root cracking a few weeks ago.

My other issue is that my gums have receeded pretty terribly, ive tried to keep up my oral health but I am neurodivergent and have struggled. And now my issue is that nothing seems to help. I am desperately trying to get an appointment with a really good dentist I have found but I feel as though my teeth get worse everyday and one of them is a front tooth so I am absolutely devastated and so anxious about it. I feel dragging sensations, vibrations and like my teeth are grinding against each other and moving constantly and it's really starting to impact my life badly.

I guess I'm looking for some suggestions of something to provide some temporary relief and some support from others who may have had similar. Im really spiralling about losing my front tooth because my job involves working with people and I am pretty toothy so it would be incredibly noticeable so I almost feel as though if I lose my tooth I would have to quit my job :(

Any help or advice very welcome.
