This is going to sound ridiculous but I have a mental block that is keeping me from brushing my teeth because I’m afraid they are loose.. I have a fear that if I brush them (no matter how lightly I do it) that they will become loose or fall out. I’ve had a lot of anxiety lately which I believe is contributing to most if not all of the sensations I’ve been having in my teeth. Is it possible for anxiety to make your teeth feel “weird”? (By weird I mean loose or tingling). And also how likely are teeth to become loose from lack of oral hygiene or I suppose in general?

Teeth get loose because the supporting structure is destroyed by periodontal disease. Periodontal disease is primarily caused by plaque... I'm sure you can work it out.

Yes, anxiety can cause some oral symptoms, tingling or burning at times.
