Lump on the back of tongue and a mouth full of ulcers :(

I feel so run down. Iv had a few ulcers pop up on my tongue and they are so painful and don’t seem to be healing

I was having a look today because my tongue is just so sore and so is the back of my throat and I saw this. What could it be? It’s sore

Looks like trauma from a bite.

Thank you, no idea how I’d bite that far back but it makes sense I’m feeling so run down, I have three ulcers atm

Get some more vitamin B12 into your diet, mouth ulcers are a symptom of a lack of folic acid.
Either eat more vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower or Special K cereal (which has got loads of it added for some reason!).
