Hi. I'm new here and wanted to share a little something thought might help others.

For the first time in over 20 years....I HAD A CLEANING this morning!!!!!! I even talked to dentist about a bridge for a missing tooth!

It was so much easier than I imagined! My primary care doctor prescribed me a valium to take before going in, and it made all the difference in the world! Next is to get all 4 wisdom teeth taken out, which is terrifying! But that is a ways away, and I want to focus on the positive today.

Two weeks ago. I was in a dark, dark place. Contemplating things I don't want to talk about, and now I am a minor success story. Don't give up!!!!!!! Talk to your doctors and dentists and tell them you need extra help. You might just be surprised how much they can help you!

This is great news. Well done! I also need my four wizzies out. My dentist told me they are the last of my remedial work before moving onto the cosmetic work (two implants).
it makes such a difference when you have a dentist who cares and takes the time to make you feel like you’re in charge of the process.
