I am due to get three implants with bone grafting( no sinus lift). This is on upper back jaw.
I am worried about my jaw hurting as the appointment is for two hours.
Will the dentist give me a mouth prop automatically or will I have to ask for one?
How wide does your mouth have to be open?( for upper jaw implants) ?
Will the dentist give give me breaks throughout the procedure?

1) You should discuss it in advance
2) It varies
3) Yes it would be helpful if you arrange a "break" signal in advance. There will be some points in the process where you just can't stop for a minute or two, so make sure the dentist and you are on the same page about taking breaks.
