Need to get abscessed tooth extracted and fear of infection spreading while breastfeeding my baby

I am scheduled for a tooth extraction and I'm currently taking Amoxicillin 875 twice a day for 10 days prescribed by teledoc in the mean time. I'm on last day and I still have an abscess so I don't know if they worked. I think it might be complex too because this tooth is very broken and below gumline. I can't get this tooth extracted until about a month and I'm afraid the infection will get worse and the dentist will pull it and it spread to my blood and hurt my baby. I'm so stressed over this as I already have an extreme fear over the dentist as it is. I don't want to do anything that can hurt my baby

Removing very broken down teeth is usually much easier than complete teeth, sounds weird but you can see what you're doing better, the crown part of the tooth just gets in the way.

As for your second fear, no, it won't "spread into your blood" and there is absolutely no risk to your baby.
