Nervous about my molars

I recently noticed just how weird my upper molars look inside my mouth, they're like completely pushed outwards compared to the rest of my teeth and my wisdom teeth next to it are as well.. i have my first appointment in april but i can't help but worry and obsess over my teeth all the time.. is this concerning?

They're a bit crowded out of the arch of your teeth. Is that a problem? Not really.
