Hello,

Due to my depression and anxiety issues, I haven't been able to book an appointment with a dental hygienist for years. It might be already too late but I wanted to understand the expectations for my bottom teeth there.

As you can see, there is a very big chunk of calculus build-up on my bottom teeth...does my bottom teeth look savable?.....Is it the worst you guys have ever seen?

I am a 27-year-old male.

I do have my dental appointment on Wednesday but wanted to have an idea just to quench my anxiety.

Not even close to the worst I've seen :-)
You're fairly young and gum disease is a slow process so I think there's plenty of hope for your teeth. But not unless you get all that calculus off, so well done on getting the appointment.

Like Gordon has said, dentists have seen a lot worst

Good luck at the dentist
