New crown - expectations?

Evening all.

For context, I had my first dental abscess form about a week and a half ago, which turned into my first root canal maybe 5 days ago, and my first crown as of about an hour ago. All of this is on my #30 tooth.

I have tremendous paranoia regarding the possibility of the crown falling off, either from eating, flossing, or a dental cleaning (I have one booked for October 28th.) How often an occurrence is this? Any comfort would be appreciated.

With the new cements available these days along with improved construction materials for the crowns themselves, they should stay put for a lifetime.
