Next appointment hope and fear

Hi everyone

I will be going to my first appointment in about little over a week since the last time I had my first cavities in years. After that I was devastated and I was able to find this site and through the information I learned hear I have transformed my life to try and improve my dental health and I don’t feel as alone knowing that there are others out there like me who are also terrified of the dentist. This will be the first appointment I have since then and I hope that all the things I have done will produce the results I desire. I would like some words of encouragement and please hope that I get the positive results I need to feel better

Hey there

just to let you know WE ALL HATE DENTISTS, you are really not alone!

I had to do 3 root canals in 2 months, 3 of them and one in the molar, I almost cried after the treatment. But you know what afterwards they actually stopped hurting afterwards.

I also have so many problems with my teeth, and I always get so worried whenever i think of them, but look, in the end they are just some teeth and there are people with full dentures who are living a happy life. We should just try to continue living a good life without worrying too much And you are brave to go to the dentists!

Well done and congratulations to you. It isn't easy to make yourself go and visit the dentist when you have a phobia. Or some problems with anxiety. So you should be proud of yourself!
