I feel really silly even asking this, but it is easier to ask here than to call the oral surgeon's office.
Would it be totally ridiculous to ask to use nitrous for uncovering my implants and doing the torque test? My surgeon scheduled the appointment but didn't say anything about using nitrous, which I have used for any appointment that requires shots and cutting.
Is it such a simple procedure that nitrous would be silly? I absolutely hate the shots and would gladly pay just to have it for those, especially the palate shot. Plus it helps the anesthetic work better for me.
I don't know if there was a reason he didn't mention it, or if it would be fine to call and tell them I want it.
