I need to get 2 first molars extracted i am very scared and ashamed im only 33.

But i was looking online and u read a lot about that you MUST get and implant because you will lose more and more if you dont, do these dentist think that everyone is a millonaire?

I need a lot of other work wich is partly saving and partly incuranse and tax return.

But im not sure i cant afford an implant (2.5+k in my country) Maybe one But if i lose more teeth and i have and need a lot of fillings wich can fail. There is a risk i will end up with dentures in the long run. One molar i will lose to a fucked up filling i cant afford more implants. Besides of that my gums are not that good. Im not top on oral care because i have a disability on my arm i brush but not fully perfect. And also i read you need to be on soft food for months because they risk failing otherwise

I don't think you will necessarily lose other teeth if you are missing a molar. My parents are both missing molars since their 30s approximately and are now in their 80s. One of my parents described as causing no issues, the other had teeth shift in a way that caused an uncomfortable bite on another tooth that required filing off a bit of enamel, no other ill effects. The parent who had the teeth shift also had all their second molars removed in their teens supposedly to make room for their wisdom teeth, before they lost their first molar in their 30s. They are in their 80s now. Their same age friend is congenitally missing two premolars, in their 40s they lost the baby teeth that were in the place these teeth would have come in, they described the only effect of the missing teeth as being some shifting that didn't cause any issues. So three people I know of had few to no issues from missing molars even into old age, and one of these people is missing their first two molars in one quadrant. If you haven't already maybe you could get some good information about this by posting the "ask a dentist" area.
