Ok to use toothpaste w/ mouthwash in it after extraction?

My dentist told me not to use mouthwash and to do salt water rinses instead. I've diligently been following all his instructions, but today I JUST realized while looking at my toothpaste label that I've been using a toothpaste with mouthwash contained in it! I haven’t had too much pain but I'm so worried now because I heard the alcohol in mouthwash increases the chances of a dry socket.
