think its a deep cleaning i need? my teeth aren't loose and i can still eat normally.

hi I am not a dentist but it does look like you do have some recession some areas more than others. I would go and see a dentist and let them advise you, or arrange to see a hygienist they can also advise you on this. Are you due a check up?
