Hi,

I had a root canal 2 months ago and had a week course of antibiotics and I’m now experiencing pain again. So worried that this means I’ll lose the tooth :( any advice? I’m so terrified of going back this was a big deal to me!

Only advice would be to go see a dentist and see what is causing the pain. The sooner you go, the better are your chances to keep the tooth.

You should go back to the dentist. Antibiotics after a root canal is rarely needed and unfortunately some dentists proscribed it with a real reason.
Two months should not change the tooth’s condition so there is no urgency other than your discomfort.
