Partial denture with severe gum recession

I I did ask this question in my previous thread, but not sure it would be seen.
I have two bottom front teeth that need to be removed (advice of current dentist) however I will no longer be seeing this dentist due to his inability to deal with my anxiety/phobia. so I am currently waiting to be seen by another practice.

I did ask my current dentist this question, but he was not even slightly interested in helping me out with answers.

Below these two teeth, the gums have receded badly compared to the rest of the gum, I am really worried how a partial denture will be made to accommodate that issue. This whole situation is making me ill with worry, all because of dental phobia, now in a bad situation
